millions of people walking on the roads and I realized that this not the time when I sit at home and tweet about it or rather complain about it. I have to
go on the field and connect with them.
I was actually on the food drive of 40 to 45 thousand people every day and when
I met these bunch of people who were leaving for Karnataka, I requested and
took permission to send these people home and that was the first slot of
50 people I sent to Karnataka. I realized that I can make that happen
throughout the country and I started connecting to people all over - from Jammu
Kashmir to Kanyakumari and in a span of 100 days we were able to send almost
one lakh thirty thousand people."

I have thousands of people tagging me on social media and they say that we are in front of the hospital in Patna and we are not getting the beds, we are Hyderabad and my dad's heart is sinking can you help, so then I have to make calls in the middle of the night to these doctors, MD’s, hospitals, get the beds and get them treated. You feel blessed that people trust you in their difficult times and you have to make things happen for people. I will try to keep on doing things to the best of my ability."

There are friends who help me along, half of my team I have never met in my life, they just got connected with me through social media where even they wanted to do something good in life.?We are connected with each other on the phone 24/7 and we try to make things happen. We are not trained to do it but somehow zeal to help others has connected us.d I personally speak to everyone right from doctors, DM’s , ADM’s police to everyone in every department an get things done. I even talk to embassy’s and these ambassadors from different countries, I have reinvented myself, I feel blessed that I can bring a smile to people's faces and reunite families.".

I would give my 100 percent in doing this job."
Not Many People Know But Sonu Sood Has Adopted 7 Kids Not 3???
Talking about the kids he adopted, he said,
"Not 3 but 7, 3 happened in Telangana and 4 happened in Punjab. The liquor raid ?thing that happened in Punjab, where almost 100 people died and where one woman lost her husband when she saw him dead, she too collapsed leaving four kids behind, they became homeless so we connected with them, took all the responsibility right from education and everything. Today my team will meet them and give them a home and all, so I would say that I want to thank God that right people reach out to me and so that I can help in every way."
Sonu Believes Successful People Should Take Some Responsibility And Stop Blaming The Government?
"There are so many successful people around us but how many of us have actually come out and made an effort to help others. I feel that it should be a part of your life everyday, when you get up, you should tell your guy in the kitchen to cook extra food for one person at least be it is for your vegetable vendor or anyone else. I have seen so much of pain in these last 20 to 25 days and I feel you can’t blame the government, we can’t say we pay taxes and it is the job of the govt, of course, it is their job and they are doing their bit, but even you can’t sit in your house and complain about it. You should be like - if no one is doing it, I am my own government and I will do my bit and that’s the message you should spread."
Sonu Doesn't Fear Losing All His Money In This Noble Deed
Lastly, we asked the actor how does he manage the finances and if he fears losing all his money in this cause, he said, "People keep connecting with me, it is not like I am doing everything alone.?I have my friends who support me and the cause but I don't completely rely on somebody, I try to do my own bit. Of late, whatever endorsement I am doing, I ask them to help this or that village, like will you put LED lights in this village or paint the village or rather the people in the village, so whatever brands come to me, I tell them to be a part of my cause."
Keep shining, Sonu!
